Finally stepped on a scale for the first time since Peanut's birth. 25 pounds lighter than I was this time last year!

(Pregnancy=best diet ever? Who'd have thunk it?)

Nursing is also supposed to be a great boost to losing weight. So if you wanted to drop some more, I'd say now is the time to take walks, or do whatever is active that you like.

I offer know help. I haven't yet found a free book worth reading. But I'm assured there are four.

(I guess I should caveat that in my mind I am separating "relatively recent and offered for free" from "old enough to be in the public domain.")

Though if you like self published crappy science fiction, crappy romance novels, or religious self help books then it is a treasure trove.
