Corn muffins and "Nebraska" inspired corn chowder with bacon for dinner last night, also delicioso.

Of course, the dinner company was pretty swank as well.

this morning, due mostly to this thread, a rarity....actual breakfast for me

applewood bacon and smoked cheddar scramble with peppers and onions, home made buttermilk biscuits, fresh fruit, country skillet potatoes and an excellent quad latte'

Had lunch with family at the Cedar Creek Inn in Palm Desert. Had their BLT with a 1/2 pound of bacon. Mmm Hmm Goodness!
