Sad to hear about the Dave Matthews' band guy. That sucks.

Goonie, I don't get bodybuilding either. I know for competition they want to show the muscle as clearly as possible, which for women means getting down to dangerously low body-fat levels.

I'm told they look better in the off-season. Personally, I like buff women, but not *that* buff. Some good muscle, some tone, and we're good.
