We have friends that are a married couple and they went to separate bed(room)s and found that their sleeping improved dramatically.
They were shy about letting it be known because they thought it made them look loveless but when they said it a bunch of other friends replied that they'd done similar. |

I wouldn't say I have trouble sleeping. Other than an occasional single night where I just can't get to sleep I've proven I can sleep anywhere anywhen under pretty much any conditions. Back in college our room was the eternal party room because me and my roommate, if we got tired would just crawl under our desks and go to sleep.
But I much prefer Lani there than not. But so do our friends, they much prefer the idea of it, but in reality they just have vastly different needs for good sleep (temperature, light, covers, etc.). I think it's good that they realized it. And, apparently, there is plenty of sneaking over in the middle of the night. They just get to relive their youth. When it is over you kick him/her out. |
