				            | Hey - I read the book by Marion Davies entitled "The Times We Had". It's quite a good read, and includes a prelude by Orson Welles. Not that it's revealed in the book, but I had no idea that Rosebud was a nickname. OMG - no wonder Hearst went ape $hit when the movie was released. Great film though - a total classic. Love and hugs, The Stoat XXX. |

				            | You know, provided there are no major reversals in November, I just thought of something else the Lashes could do while they're in California (No pressure, kids! Heheh)

				            | Wait, people went ahead with plans for Hearst for that weekend? Aww, I expressed interest in that super-early in the thread and figured the group would be making plans for that a little later. Shoot. Maybe Tom and I can get some accommodations nearby. |

| Kink of Swank | Could someone do some research on that? I'd like to nab somewhere in the area, either a share with some other Swankers, or a common hotel-like situation for that weekend. |

I googled pre-asking, but didn't find the Hearst site incredibly helpful. So I went with the lazy route and asked here.

				            | Any of the Cambria hotels on Moonstone beach will be a good choice. There are quite a few to choose from. If anyone would like me to scout out a specific hotel I would be happy to do so. I plan on heading in that direction (just for the day) within the next couple of weeks. http://www.cambriachamber.org/motels-beach.php |
