We're in the 21st century. Surely some sort of implant coupld accomplish this. Though it would need a mute button. I mean, if you think it's embarassing when your cell phone rings at inappropriate times...

It's the MIGHTY Microscope!! For a few months, I had the sound clip of Paul Frees "MAGNIFICATION!" as my maximize sound on the Atomic Cookie Blast Furnace.
