Well, at the moment I have two kinds of goat cheese, two kinds of brie, one smoked gouda, bufala mozarella, cave aged gruyere, and... string cheese.

I must be rich!

However... I must do my best to find that triple-creme I had at the Florida Restaurant show... YUM!
