				            | Ididn't start adding the rum until about a decade ago. I use both versions of rum because the light adds the achohol, but the dark gives it an extra kick. I have also tried regular oj and regular pineapple. The regular oj ends up wtih a tad of bitterness and the pineapple gets too foamy. |

| Cruiser of Motorboats | I've often thought that a shot of rum would go nicely in a dole whip float. |

				            | I made a monk cry the other day.* How many people in this world can say that? *I received a donation/tribute card in the mail for a 94 year old brother that passed away recently. He was a good friend of the monk that works here. I asked him if he knew him and he cried. Really depressing... |

| Nevermind | You made a monk cry? I guess that means in your next life you'll be coming back as a mongoose or some such thing. |

				            | I loved Rikki Tikki Tavi so much that I actually found a copy on ebay recently and made the whole family watch it. Sadly they didn't love it, there must be something wrong with my family! My husband made me find The Point too. The kid didn't appreciate that one either! My husband walked around singing Me and My Arrow for weeks though! Kids these days with their new fangled cartoons and everything computer animated just can't appreciate the good old stuff!! |

				            | So....my 6 and 12 year old each have Gameboy Advance. The 6 year old comes down and says the 12 year old won't share her games, as they commonly do. I go upstairs and inquire with her very gently as to why she does no wish to share. After she says "I just don't want to", I say, "Well, they're yours, but I'm surprised with you. You aren't using them, he won't break them, he won't wear them out, so your only motivation is being selfish." Out of left field, she breaks down into a 15 minute sob fest on everything wrong with her life. Blink. Blink. Blink. Blink. After a few hugs, I left her room. I am moving out until she is 18. I don't think I'll survive the next several years. |
