				            | Use only 1-2 layers of actual paper towels, then put newspaper underneath to absorb the grease. |

				            | That'd work just as well I'm guessing. Really though - you can't cook enough bacon for the family in the micro. If you just want a few pieces for yourself it's fine. I too use the oven and just lay it all out while I cook the rest of breakfast on the stove. Only problem with that is one side always cooks faster and I never remember to turn it around so I end up having to take out half and cook the rest for 5 more minutes. Mmmm... bacon. We need more bacon 'round here folks.

				            | Bacon is all around us!! I was watching Emeril tonight as he cut open a hot dog, stuffed it with chees, and wrapped it with bacon. He then grilled them! (Talk about a heart attack in a bun! ). Then a comercial comes on for a Papa Johns Pizza, the Smoke House Bacon and Ham Pizza!

				            | Well I suppose that depends on the size of your family, but I've cooked enough bacon in the microwave for five people and it turned out crispy and delicious. You may need to stack more than one layer of bacon & paper products, but I've always had great results when I did it that way. |
