On that one I envision it originally saying "Psychological needs" and someone later thinking that sounded to clinical and changing it without paying attention.

Doing content reviews right now for a couple projects and I'm freshly reminded at how many people think you can just go through changing individual words without ever looking at the entirety again.

You could just cross out 1 to 4 and replace with "Because blood in your P is a bad thing."
