November is National Novel Writing Month.

That's right: 30 days of literary abandon to write 50,000 words. The idea is to set aside everything that keeps you from writing - well, except your day job - and Just Do It.

There are quite a few published authors who got their start through NaNoWriMo. Maybe you're the next one. It could happen. It could be you.

Fifty thousand words = 1,666.66666666667 words per day. And you can grab yourself a web badge or order yourself some merit badges for stuff like word-count padding and caffeine abuse!
