Okay, I looked at the Hello Kitty theme park pictures and FREAKED!

But, I think it was cool a long time ago. The issue is, when did they get stores.

It was cool when I was in grade school to have sanrio things, but that was a few years before Pru.
Hardly anyone has them, and they were hard to find. You almost had to have a friend that traveled frequently or oriental relatives in order to get anything.

Right, when I was a kid you couldn't get any of it just any ole place so it was a big deal if you had any.

Growing up, there was an Sanrio store near me. It was a huge treat to get stuff.
Then it closed and I was sad. Then one opened in the Westminster Mall and I was happy again.
