Of course it needs mentioning that the Egyptian will be screening both Tommy and Lisztomania on the 21st with Ken Russell doing an in person discussion between films. The intermission alone may be worth it

Agreed. But that is also the night that Snowflake is doing her book signing. However, the night before, Ken will be at the Aero for The Devils and Altered States. The Devils is one of my favorite Russell movies, so...

ooooh, oooh, yes, that one. I mean, we just saw Tommy and Litzomania anyway. I've never seen The Devils and it's been way too long since Altered States (in more ways than one, can anyone find some shrooms for this screening??)

You might want to carefully time your psychedelic effects - the last section of The Devils would most probably "bum your trip."

Heritage Auctions has a Lisztomania 1 sheet with the auction ending on Sunday and it's currently at $1.

I won't be hurt if Ken Russell proves to be more attractive an option!
