My favorite thing at DCA is dining on the patio at Trattoria. But the zoetrope is a serious contender for that spot.

Zoetrope- I totally agree. I could watch it for hours. Spent quite a bit of time during Gay Days doing just that. There was always somebody new in the group who hadn't seen it yet.
