Crap! I just opened a thing addressed to David. It was a thank you note from Helzberg Diamonds, thanking him for his Christmas purchase. My earings came from Lundstrom jewlers... That'll teach me to open his mail. I'm a bit beyond pissy right now. Top that off with him dropping off Nick at Tai-kwon-do and heading over to her house...

I am really trying not to show Nickolas how upset I am. He has more than enough to deal with as it is.

I am being backed into a corner that I don't want to be in.

I am going to cry now.

Every single person who said they would help me moved flaked, or waited until today to tell me they have a bad back and can't lift anything heavy.

Had I known I would have arranged for movers. But I figured I could count on my friends who were asked several weeks ago if they would be willing to help me move 10 boxes and a fairly light dresser.

Today Rose and I rode the subway to Hamburg, Germany.
Then we rode the subway to Hollywood and Highland.
We visited our favorite tattoo parlor, and settled on a design for Rose's next piece.
BTW Marla, the artist who did a bunch of Keifer's tats, did an AWESOME Shark painting (it's on display at Kayden Creations), sharks make great tattoos.

This really sucks. I've been there, so I know what you are going through. Why can't people just say no if they don't plan to help? It's better than leaving a friend stranded.

But I've also been on the other end where I had doezens of people help me move and felt blessed beyond belief. I hope things worked out for you. I'd help, but I have a bad back.

No, really. I had an operation, bone fusion, and the top two screws broke. I'm waiting to get a CT Scan done to see if they need to go in and fix it. But right now I'm under strick orders no to lift anything.
