I mean, if we NEED one I guess I can buy one, but if we can borrow one that would be better. How many burners is your stove? Also remember we have firepits with grills over them, and aluminum foil is cheap (even the non-stick kind)

It's a 2 burner, and I'll need them both for the griddle. I guess we can cook bacon and sausage on the campfire if we can't borrow someone else's stove.

Don't buy one just for the trip. We'll manage.

Hmm... okay, yeah, we can do bacon on the campfire if need be. I have a cast-iron pan I can bring. Plus I'm thinking we do some fresh fruit, which Cherny and I can take care of while you're pancaking it.

Speaking of which, I have a set of color coordinated* cutting mats, and presumably we have a picnic table at the site, so you probably don't need to worry about a cutting board. (not that you need that for pancakes, but other things we serve, or lunch prep, etc)

(*- the colors of the mats are assigned to specific categories of food, to prevent cross-contamination, which will be especially handy where there is a lack of hot water with which to sanitize things)
