				            | Your dad sounds like a funny guy. {probably not to you guys at the time, of course}. I am sad to be missing this fun but I kind of relate to iSm because if I had planned upon going, I would probably be freaking out right now. It just would not have worked out, it would have been stressful. So now I am just envious but not stressing. Over this.

				            | I sleep on the floor at home with regularity so sleeping on the ground while camping isn't a hardship. And setting up a tent for just one night is more pain than reward. Picnic benches are surprisingly comfortable (for side sleeping). Though every once in a while I wake up suddenly thinking I'm about to fall off (but I've never actually fallen off). |

				            | I don't know, would you settle for a Tub-Sized Queen instead ?

| I Floop the Pig | We're bringing our air mattress. I feel like a bit of a wimp for doing so, but we have the thing and it's not hard to pack. If we didn't have one I wouldn't have gone out and gotten one for this trip, but since we own it there's no good reason to forgo some comfort for the sake of being obstinate. Not that I don't enjoy being obstinate from time to time.

| HI! | It is confirmed. I will be leaving tomorrow evening and driving up to Yosemite to spend Wednesday with my Brother. I will then get up on Thursday morning and head over to Kings Canyon. When you arrive at Sheep Creek, look at the bulletin board for there just might be a sign telling you where Swank Camp is. Then, go to said site to find Thurston, Cricket and I hard at work lounging about. |

| HI! | Let's talk Thursday Dinner. KS is making chicken with tomatillo salsa. I'm going to make a black bean salad. Me thinks we need some Spanish Rice. I'll check at TJ's tomorrow and see if there is anything pre-made unless anyone has another good idea. Dessert for Thursday is beyond my control |
