It's as if someone said, "Well, we spent the money to put this stuff in durring the overhaul, so by god we're gonna use it!" Doesn't matter that there are other guests who aren't teenage hard-rock fans riding. They will force everyone to witness this crap that they tossed in thinking it was a good idea.

Well, you know what? If it's such a good idea, then why is it temporary? Are they just making it go live for a short time to warrent the expenditure? Or are they going to see how the response is, considering weather or not it will become permanent?

It'll be interesting to see the response.

I've been pointed to a few non-Disney message boards where the announcement was greeted with excitement (and not a single demurral towards tradition).

I'll check it out, and then decide if it ruins it. But just because I can tolerate the change doesn't mean someone else has to put up with it.

That said, I usually enjoy changes around the park and I even like the changes that have been done to POTC. But I'm also a big fan of the movies.

So, I hope to check it out soon. Just don't know when yet....

So far, it's not sounding good........

Ken and I might head over tonight to check it out firsthand. Consider it my "taking one for the LoT team".
