				            | It was really nice, but I'd suggest using a milder bear, er, beer - maybe a lager rather than the one I did (Which was Victoria Bitter) as it really did give a slight bitter tinge to the cooking liquid.

| Eyes like Sapphires! | Chili Mac, Spicy Southwest Slaw, Garlic Bread and Cinnamon Cake for dessert. The Chili Mac & Slaw are new recipes I'm trying out.....the Chili Mac should be teen friendly, not sure about the Slaw. Have two teens here this evening.

				            | Yum! I was going to make an awesome melted swiss turkey wrap and discovered I only had one piece of turkey left. So I made a not-so awesome mini melted-swiss turkey wrap and a bunch of asparagus on the side. Still hungry. Maybe I'll have some candy. |

				            | I wanted scalloped potatos and ham but the kid wanted pasta. SoIi made a cheese sauce with assorted cheeses and threw in some egg noodles, ham and veggies. It was actually really good. I put some cream cheese in the sauce and it made it very creamy! |

				            | $3.99 8-piece fried chicken deal from the supermarket, loaf of fresh bread, broccoli salad, and potato wedges (eg: steak fries w/skin) from Trader Joe's. A feast for under $10.
