Soooo.... We're sitting here in the office (at home), no music playing, no planes overhead, quiet... Then precisely at 6:00, we hear the Queen Mary's whistle; faintly in the distance. Very cool.

So... I can't remember the last time I spent 12 hours alone. It was cool at first. I watched a couple chick flicks, cleaned and organized but now I am bored out of my mind! I have no one to talk to.

I decided to make twice baked potatoes. I baked them and added all the yumminess. I am sitting here eating a big bowl, notice I said bowl, they never made it back into the skins. So much for twice baked!

Maybe I should go make fudge or maybe that's too dangerous. I might just eat half of it before it ever hits the pan

Susan was house sitting for her Mother last week in San Diego. It was kind of nice being on my own for a week (though I am glad she is back).

Granted, we've been together for close to 25 years (next April 19th will be the 25th anniversary of our first date AND our 14th wedding anniversary).

The boy is still not home. They sure do keep the basketball team out late for a school night! I'm pretty sure they left our school 10 hours ago. He thinks he's pretty cool being the videographer for the team though!

He also called earlier to tell me he has a date for Winter Formal. It looks like I better get used to spending my evenings alone from here on out
