Just cooked up some bacon from the butcher.....going to be hard to go back to pre-packaged stuff now! Damn it was good!

I'm making homemade onion dip for tomorrow and I think it needs some bacon to complete it.
We are also having bacon wrapped lil smokies with brown sugar, yum!

Best pick me up I've had in days. This morning, two types of bacon, platter bacon from the butcher and Niman Ranch. Gotta say, the bacon from the butcher was way better.

Went to a Candy Store today at the Block in Orange....found Bacon Mints and Bacon Flavored Toothpicks (no I didn't buy them, will save doing that till the next LoT meet I can make it too)....Woohoo!
