Help me Lashbear you're only hope!

A friend of mine is heading to Sydney for a 2 week vacation. She needs a mobile broadband solution since it looks like Verizon has not assimilated Australia yet.

A quick bit of Google Foo turned up Vodaphone Prepaid broadband (http://shop.vodafone.com.au/all-broadbands?id=700016). Is this the best way to go or is there a better option?

Using it in Sydney - Yes, definitely. If using it anywhere out of Metro areas, not so much. The great thing about Vodafone (spell it right, please - the youth of today is depending on you) is that there are HEAPS of places to get top-ups if needed.



...oh, and the hazy blue hologram of your message that beamed out of my kitchen pedal-bin... too cool. How'd you do that? :p

Pre-paid broadband plans come with a set number of megabytes. If/when you use them up you can add more via a "Top-up"
