but this is a really clever ad campaign for the Back-to-School crowd. Their movies actually cracked me up, and I normally despise Old Navy ads.

I got as far as the home page (which is very cool) and as soon as I moved the little pencil cursor over the scream-o-meter, it shrieked out loud, causing my poor little Labrador to bolt from the room. :(

I'll have to go back later. :( But snaps for a cool link! :snap:

I just bought a bunch of stuff at oldnavy.com yesterday. Gotta love sales. I got:

2 pairs of shorts for Indi for our upcoming DL trip
3 ringer tees for Indi
2 ringer tees for Michael
1 pair jean capris for me
3 basic tees for me
2 short/shirt sets for baby
baby pants
hat with a spider on it for Indi

total: $125.00 approx. including shipping. Not bad.

Things like this make me glad I can't shop for myself at Old Navy, along with a whole mess of other clothing stores.

You can *sniff* keep your Old Navy dreams. I *sniff* will resign myself to shopping at Lane Giant.

You know who has cute plus-size stuff right now? No joke - Nordstrom. I hit that anniversary sale like a whirlwind!

Oh c'mon now..... I got a super cute top at Lane Giant last week.
And did you see the articles on the new gap brand store that will cater to more normal sized people?
THey didnt say plus, but they alluded. And old navy is starting to carry plus stuff, esp on the web site, but I prefer Lane Giant.

I would like the ads a little bit more had they not been forced on me at the local cinema, but they are cute. I am Target ad man myself, though they haven't been as clever as in times past. Trouble with Old Navy is that I don't much like Old Navy. Nothing fits me as I like it to be fit. Gap, too. But I do like ON socks. Ilike'emjustfine

And Roebuck.

Have you checked out The Avenue lately? I've got quite a few cute things from them. Lane Bryant used to be my favorite but The Avenue is giving it a run for it's money. If only they'd send me nearly weekly coupons like Lane Bryant seems to.

Betty, go to their website and give em your email address. Or, give it to them while you're in the store. Their computers aren't connected so the more stores that have your info the more coups you get (and they're not all the same). I get one or two coups on a weekly basis.

What I really love is that I can save up my coups and use them all on the same purchase. I'll be hitting my local store in a few weeks to load up on T's and cute pants for my trip to DL in October. Yah!

Happy shopping!

I have never even heard of them!
I'll go peruse their website and see what they have to offer!
I'd love it if they have jeans with a different cut. I have such a hard time finding pants.

And Kels, thanks for that tip too. I hope there's a store near my home!

LOL, Tref. I hate Old Navy clothes. Cheap, sure! But wash them once, and they're ruined. They fray! They pilt! I HATES them.

Now, GAP jeans tend to fit me like a glove. I have an easier time jean shopping there than anywhere else, as much as I hate to admit it. I'd much rather be a Levis girl, and I do have one pair, but overall, the GAP fits.
