Have you taken the WOMBAT yet? For those interested in doing so, hie theeself to J.K. Rowlings site and go to the room with the door. The 'Do Not Disturb' sign is down, and once inside the test awaits. Any more info, including how to get in to the room, is in the spoiler below:

To open the door, click behind the flowerpot's base. You'll get a rock, which you drag to the mirror and let go of. The mirror breaks, and inside are shelves which contain a key and a message. Use the key on the lock, then read the message. (Tells you to use Reparo to fix the mirror). Once fixed, click on the open door in the mirror and the big door will open. Inside is her office, and on the desk is a grad cap with tassle. Click and drag the tassle to the 12 o'clock position, and the test will appear. It's surprisingly difficult- I have no idea how I did but was given a code to check back later with).

OMG, even with the spoiler revealed, it sounds even more complicated than viewing the bloody deleted scenes on the first Harry Potter DVD.

Maybe kids like all this fuss to get to something simple, but I find it annoying.

Nah, it was really very easy- took all of two minutes to get to the test, if that.

Now, the test is another thing......I'm sure there are kids out there who would ace it, but it's not easy at all.

What flowerpot? The room the eraser portkey took me to does not have a flowerpot. There's a houseplant, but no rock. Grrr, I'm going home now.

The Leaky Cauldren said something about checking it next week- I guess we enter our ID# and get the results, whcih may be a code for something else....or so they surmise.

The door appears to have closed, so anyone who hasn't sat for the test won't be able to now. We should find out the results and what that means shortly.

Thanks for the link, WB. I thought the most interesting thing on the site was about her work to eliminate cage beds in institutions in eastern europe. Gruesome stuff. Kudos to her for doing something about it.
