Hollywood Reporter (http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr/film/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1002426023) has the scoop.Sally will drop nightshade into Dr. Finkelstein's tea in 3-D come Halloween, when Walt Disney Pictures releases a digitally remastered version of "Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas."

I'd love to see this, but I doubt the local theatre will get it. I swear, 6 screens and we don't even get United 93. If I get a chance I swear I am going, NBC would be awesome in 3D

OMG, I read the article and tripped across this gem:
Selick is directing Laika Entertainment's "Coraline," starring Dakota Fanning, in Portland, Ore. "Coraline" represents the first stop-motion animated film to be shot stereoscopically with a dual digital camera rig for digital 3-D exhibition.
Coraline is a story written by Neil Gaiman, and it f'n rocks. Scary, dark, yet easy enough for a third grader. I can't wait to see this movie. Where's EH1812??
