Winter Fireworks

A little bird told me that there will be a test run of the new winter fireworks tonight at ~9:25pm (after the park closes).

If any of you are in the area a pre-release review would be appreciated.

There's magic in the stars!

I just this moment (9:40 pm) got a fireworks preview from zapppop, live from the Jazz Kitchen balcony. I could hear the shells over the cell, and early on-the-spot reporting indicates that there's a bit of Remember pyrotechnology in the new version of Believe.


While I think Remember is far and away the better show, it will be nice to see Believe again after a long absence. I always preferred Holiday Believe to regular, and the snow will certainly match better than it did with Remember.


With Remember almost sure to return in '07, there's nothing but joy in my heart over Holiday Believe, and I'm looking forward to seeing what I just heard over the phone.

The boxes were stacked outdoors in Disneyland's back lot near the Ball Road entrance when a lit firework from the nightly "Remember … Dreams Come True" fireworks extravaganza drifted onto the boxes, touching off a small blaze, Anaheim Fire Department spokeswoman Maria Sabol said.
