I dance at Pasadena Ballroom Dance Association on Saturday nights. They have live bands every week.
Over the next couple of months some special bands are coming to perform from out of town (Jive Aces, Steve Lucky & the Rhumba Bums, and George Gee's Jump, Jive & Wailers) so I added the dates to the LoT calendar.
These bands are entertaining enough that you don't have to dance to have a good time. But there will be a couple hundred of us dancing the night away. Come early for the free beginning dance lesson and join in!
