Interesting article comparing 1988 technology vs. 2008. Nothing earth shattering, but an amusing read none-the-less.

My favorite comparison was a 150 MB drive that cost $4,995 in 1988 dollars ($8,755 adjusted for inflation). That is $33 per MB (or $58 adjusted) - $5.8 million for a 1 TB equivalent drive!
