I guess they don't want an entire department to replace, but in the article I read about this it was stated that all of the parents gave their permission for him to taser their children. So why was only the one guy fired?

I've been to Burning Man twice. Coachella just seems like a minor immitation with better known musicians.

Perhaps, but also a greater likelihood of being tassered as well - at least if you get naked anyway.
