I tried to find pricing on the 256 GB models and struck out, but I did see that 128 GB models are in the $700-$800 range.

One of the things they did in the video (in my OP) was a defrag (that was lightening quick).

If you read the big warning box on the label for that particular model of Intel SSD, it says "DO NOT DEFRAGMENT"

So I wonder if that issue is unique to Intel, or if no one has yet taken the time to real world benchmark other brands.
