Here's where I get too honest - it's Pergo flooring. Looks totally like the real thing though, and it's brand new.

Munchkin loves laying on the linoleum so I figure the Pergo is a dream come true for him....except that he can't run on the linoleum. No paws means no traction. Don't worry, we're totally going to get a rug so he'll have something to Ka-Chow on (but hopefully not chow on).

I'm looking online at things but I refuse to hit a Home Depot until at least after the inspection.

Our floor is pergo too, and it's easier to manage than wood flooring but looks just as nice. Welcome to condo living! We like it. Did you talk to the home owner's association at all (do you have one)?
