Unfortunately though, it would be an attraction that would drive people out of the park in disgust (kinda like Light Magic).

I'd volunteer my replacement bra for the launching mechanism, but it'd launch you onto Tokyo DL's castle instead. So, we'll have to donate Kevy Baby's jock strap to the cause.

On second thought, that'd launch you to Hong Kong DL's castle, so scratch that.

We need something with much less pull.

I'm not so sure that even this would break the City Hall complaint record achieved by Light Magic. ;)

Trailer vs Canopy

Geebus. Story says the driver and his kid made it out. Freaking lucky, the corner looked like it tore through the driver's side.

Not nearly as dramatic, a couple years ago I saw an SUV drive into a parking garage. They either forgot that they had one of those roof rack mounted camping containers on or didn't realize how tall that made their car. They whacked the hell out of the hanging bar with the max clearance sign, knocking it off its chain and ultimately wedged themselves in pretty good against the ceiling of the garage. Pretty amusing to watch.

Good thing they were safe. It looked like he would have been thrashed had he remained in his seat.

Which reminds me. I'm glad this video had some explanation of the aftermath of the event. I hate it when I see a clip and don't know whether or not the person was hurt, killed etc.

What amazed me was how flimsily constructed the canopy was.
