I've decided I don't want to pack a costume so I'm wearing my MA hat for the DCA trick-or-treating. I don't know what I'm going to do on the actual day. If I fly to WV, I'll leave on a 7am flight east coast time, and once I get here be in class until 8:45pm pacific time, and then have to get up at 5am again on Halloween, and be in class until 9:20pm. I might not have enough enough energy to be festive.

I have the accesories, and am even considering some gawdawful makeup (if I still have it), but I have no idea what clothes I wull be wearing.

I have a vision of the crazed pin trader. I am thinking of the short, red haried, lazy eyed, too much orange lipstick, older woman that accosted me one morning while waiting for the parking garage to open. This was before the new law went into effect banning smoking in parking structures. She came up and tried to tell me there was no smoking in the parks. I told her that in fact there were 3 designated areas in DL and 4-5 in DCA. When she realiezed I was not about to put out my cig she then asked me about pins. We dubbed her crazy pin trading lady as we watched her go from car to car, annoying everyone she encountered. Even the Cms we ran into knew about her. From what we were told she was not allowed in the parks so she haunted the garage and DTD.
