punishment is not the most important thing for the Aussie kid. he needs serious....SERIOUS mental and emotional help, lest he become another Dahmer...who also started out killing animals before graduating to...the next level as it were.

This male cat in China's Shanxi province has two wings on his back. The wings started as bumps and then grew into two 10-centimeter-long wings.
