Planking?

I don't know if you all are crazy fun or just board out of your minds.

(pun intended)

I read about that yesterday. Very odd hobby.

I swear someone posted this somewhere else on the board a day or two ago.

But this goes back to the UK in '06 (Know Your Meme: The Lying Down Game) and may or may not be related to the similar and even earlier trend in Japan, Playing Dead

I knew doing planks couldn't be good for me!

I do planks most mornings, but now I can't do 'em without laughing. (Yeah, planking is slightly different - in that it won't so squat for your torso. Idiots.)






(And those planks BTD linked to are not planks as I know 'em. Those seem to be for arms, the ones I do are different and are for abs.)

Ya, they aren't but I was posting while working and I think most know what core planks are.
