Aaargh!
I've owned my car for 3 years. I have now had 3 nails puncture the left rear tire.
The first one I got patched, no problem. They took it off the wheel the second time found a crack running down the middle of the inside of the rubber. Time to replace the tires.
This time, even though the tires are less than a year old, the nail decided to puncture it right up next to the sidewall. Not a good idea to try a patch-job with a hole there, so I get to buy a new tire. I'm running on a donut spare until tomorrow after work when I can get in and drop $100. Joy.
Why the eff is my left rear tire a nail-magnet?!
