Have you ever had a problem with them that they resolved?
I'm just wondering what would happen if I had this same problem with OneCall, i.e. something is wrong with the TV?
Update: Circuit City may actually do what I want here. After another 42 minute phone call (and counting). I'm still on hold for about the 4th time.
So that's a total of approximately 5 hours of yelling at people, being on hold, etc. etc. etc. and OVER THIRTEEN PEOPLE I've spoken with to get to this point. So I've been gangraped by Circuit City.... but perhaps they'll give me a reacharound in the end.... /sigh
