I wish I was going- a good friend of mine lost her mother on Saturday night and her dad was placed in ICU same night. Not sure of his status.
So....I went to do laundry yesterday and the door latch on my washer is broken. No clue why- was fine a couple days ago.
So I check warranty- and find out I bought it 3/6/07, and the day I find it broken is 3/9/08? I just got extended warranty offers in the mail last week- lost them in the carpet tear out mass chaos in my house. Even if I had sent it in they would not have gotten them yet-
Anyway- I am hoping they will extend the warranty and help me out.
I mean come on- 3 days? Over a weekend when I can't get a hold of anyone to help fix it?
