They indeed do run tours on Easter Sunday, the only day of the year that they close is Christmas so we're golden on that aspect. I happen to know a former guide that actually applied ON Easter after having gone on a tour just a few days earlier in the week, but I did call and confirm that the only day they close is on Christmas to ensure they hadn't had a policy change.
