Quite right - it is the 12th (14th was typo ) .... assuming they're running tours that day ?!?

They indeed do run tours on Easter Sunday, the only day of the year that they close is Christmas so we're golden on that aspect. I happen to know a former guide that actually applied ON Easter after having gone on a tour just a few days earlier in the week, but I did call and confirm that the only day they close is on Christmas to ensure they hadn't had a policy change.
