He tossed it in the chair, so they called the DVD chapter "Arm Chair". But, it's hard to pinpoint, his over-all character was more dark, sad, and upset. He seemed a little more self centered & little less caring or something. Matt #11 practically oozes care, love, and moral fortitude. Yes, they all three (I've never watched the earlier original show) have all of these qualities, just in different amounts. And not that it's a bad thing, I tend to look at the Doctor as a blend of all three actors.
