Matt #11 practically oozes care, love, and moral fortitude. Yes, they all three (I've never watched the earlier original show) have all of these qualities, just in different amounts. And not that it's a bad thing, I tend to look at the Doctor as a blend of all three actors.

Did not mean to debate, just being silly. Agreed on your assessment of Nine and Ten (I haven't watched Eleven yet) and it was quite purposeful on the writing and acting end.
