Sorry GC, I have to be pedantic and agree with Matt. Cabooses were working cars, with a specific function, that were attached only to the ends of freight trains. They were never used for passengers.

There were no spooky doilies in any of my Lilly Belle pics either.
I've been privileged to ride aboard the L. Belle twice. Once due to the same beneficence that graced our select party of deserving swankers yesterday ... and once via a special ticket they were handing out en masse when the car was lovingly restorated and reset on the rails some two years back. In fact, I still have one of those special tickets ... and I intend to present it one day far in the future for a promised ride. |
