Just the heart and liver? Pssh, that's no biggie. I thought haggis involved actually nasty stuff.

(though I'm no fan of liver...it's definitely this side of normal.)

Blood pudding in a cloud, anyone?

I think I would just go for the oatmeal without internal organs and call it a day.

Unless there was lots of Drambuie to wash it down with.
