You know, I don't think so. I think a few have been closed at the OP's request, but I can't remember any locking action. Maybe an Admin can look it up? (I'm not sure if I can, and I'm too lazy to try).

I think there have been closed threads but that was only because they were the ones we used when we were testing the board.
