A possible substitute for the Beat Hotel?

Here are a couple of other choices. I have sent in requests for two homes in Palm Springs that sleep ten. Have to see if they will just do a weekend. Should know tomorrow. I am checking out another hotel a group used this year in Palm Springs. They can be a fairly rowdy group and this hotel was very accommodating. If that all that fails, we move on and try again.
