A possible substitute for the Beat Hotel?

Once when I was looking at Ojai for a previous stay, I came upon the Emerald Iguana Inn and her sister, the Blue Iguana, and I made a note of them as lovely places for a future stay, particularly for a creative vacation. Unfortunately, I don't know if we could fill either place entirely ourselves, and the Green Iguana, at least, is probably a little over our target price range.
