I fell once onstage. During a speech for classroom president in grade school. I think I won because everyone laughed at me falling.

Once during a performance of "Fiddler on the Roof", I totally blanked on the lyrics to my solo song. "Miracle of Miracles" just went right out of my head. The orchestra leader clued me in. I was mortified but it worked with the bumbling character (Motel the Tailor) that I was playing... I still get an adrenaline rush when I think about that flub.
