Here's another bad one:
I have a Big Gulp in my hand. Without looking at my drink, I decide to take a sip of my drink. My mouth searches and searches for a straw and I forgot that I didn't put one in.
Very embarassing.

Once, I went to take a drink of soda and forgot I had a straw in it and stuck it up my nose. At least I was alone.....

I've done the same thing at the window, truth be told.
