Is that available as a choice where you live and does it really cost more? I heard that Kosher-for-Passover Coke is made with sugar. The bottles have yellow caps and the Pepsi has white caps.

Costco sells Coke with real sugar, but the case is much more expensive then a case of Coke with HFCS. I haven't been able to find Kosher for Passover Coke or Pepsi, but I'll keep an eye out for it this year. I also heard that Hispanic food stores sell Coke with real sugar. They used to have the yellow-cap kosher for passover Coke when I was a teen (at least that's when I was aware of it) and I know that in certain years they didn't bother having it (though I wouldn't know if that was just our area or not). I haven't looked for that in years. I think it was just Coke, not Pepsi that did that. Not sure.

It was kosher because it did not have corn syrup in it, only sugar cane. Corn isn't kosher for passover according to the strictest rabbis. Tasted the same to me.
